With the new year upon us, I'm motivated to loose the rest of this weight. I have been on holiday for the past 2 weeks, and let myself go. Didn't count any calories or even weigh myself. Just took a break from dieting. Today I continue with my journey. Best of luck to all of you and have a Happy and a Healthy 2️⃣0️⃣2️⃣2️⃣ ✴
118.1 kg Lost so far: 11.9 kg.    Still to go: 48.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

That's the attitude,I am behind u on that😗😗....we fall,we don't stop or start over but we continue with the journey...I gained 6kg since November and today I am continuing,16kgs to go....
