So today was a disaster 😜 I had to just let go. My life is in all aspects ruled by time and schedule and it felt so nice- yet I felt guilty- yet not, I know right, to just eat and be merry with my hubby on the road🚗
I know myself though; tomorrow my controle is back, clear mind and happiness. I also know that I will for sure not feel good at all. 😑 Bloated and headachy, but I had to feel free from constraint 😃 This sounds weird 🧐 Even though I absolutely love my healthy food and the controle I have of what my body crave and need to work at optimum, I also just had to feel…rebellious.
