Completely slipped up last week. While still recording everything, I did not keep my mouth shut. I've been rewarded with an extra kilogram. Even if I should go sit in the corner to punish myself, I'd probably sneak a snack with me.
84 kg Lost so far: 16 kg.    Still to go: 6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
