Omg! OMG!!! Under 90kg for the first time in MONTHS! I am convinced that being off my immuno suppressents fully, finally, has contributed to my excellent losses this week

Immunosuppressants definitely contribute to weight gain. So happy for you that you could come off them

@tess-cat I do agree. I was losing so well until I started them at end Feb, had a few losses and then months of a plateau that no matter what I did would not budge, been off them properly for a week and there is movement again. Yay. Also my health since not being on them is 100% which is definitely aided by the better eating habits at least some of the time
