A terrible off the wagon weekend combined with PMS. The 90's tango continues 🙄
91.7 kg Lost so far: 12.3 kg.    Still to go: 21.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

@waistaway87 it is soooo frustrating. I just finished all my immuno suppressents so hopefully that will mean some movement in the coming weeks

I know the feeling. Battling after a month long holiday to get back into the swing of things😩 We can do this. 🙏

I completely get you 🥴 I spent 7 months basically trying to shift 3ish kg - just when I think I've done it the scale goes up again, or some other health struggle rears is ugly head 😣 you have my sympathies and at least one thing to take heart with is normally the easier the kgs go the easier they come back 🙈 rather do this the slow steady way and make a change for life than a quick desperate shed and it all comes back and more

It's probably water retention as well. Let's get back on the wagon then we should be fine
