Cardio vs Strength 🏋🏽‍♀️

For the past 7 days I decided to do both and see how my body would respond. 5 days Cardio (Treadmill 30min) and 2 days Strength (Full body dumbbell exercises on YouTube) Kept my diet the same - Keto

Start weight 24Oct 96.7kg
Current weight 31Oct 95.3kg
95.3 kg Lost so far: 8.9 kg.    Still to go: 16.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
