I have been on vacation for a week. I didn't eat low carb, track food nor did I step on a scale until today. I was expecting a bigger increase in weight. I am back to eating like my norm today so hopefully I will drop it this week or next.
72.5 kg Lost so far: 16.0 kg.    Still to go: 9.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
