Hi Sandra I keep my calories under 1000 and walk about an hour every day

For a man that is so bad you need to up your protein for sure!! In fact I will go so far and say it is bad for any one to be under 1000 calories a day.

My advice if you really want to loose weight and be healthy at the same time go for a Low Carb Moderate Protein High Fat way of life
