Nice going DP! I hope you soon start spilling stories again about some of the people you come across at the gym. 😁👍😁

Ok well here's one from this morning while I take a little break... It's not very entertaining but I did plan to tell David- who is the only person who will know what I'm talking about. The guy who wears the beanie with the pretty wife was here this morning. He got fat af. David will claim he was never in shape to begin with... But trust me, he was. Not in a Diablo kinda way (who is?)- but in a better than average kinda way. Anyhow - he had love handles that are out of this world this morning and a big pot belly. (Planet fitness is not the judgement free zone that it boasts) We both looked at each other with that "damn, you packed on the pounds" knowing look. That's all I got for today. 😉 💪🏼 I'll keep you posted. Back at it. 🤸

there is no such thing as a judgment free zone. it doesn't exist unless there are no humans there. that said, it's hard to notice gradual changes on your own body, but it's much easier to recognize with someone else, especially when you haven't seen them for awhile. you're both at the gym and you're both working your bodies. sometimes, that's all there needs to be.

Sometimes it's just a cycle. I am a classic yo yo dieter. The same with exercise. Although I hate to see it when people who really put in alot of effort to lose weight and get in shape and then gain it back, it makes me realize it isn't just me. I am not yet comfortable with going back to the gym

@frirzy, me neither. I need to first get in shape and gain some muscles in order to put my body on display at a gym. 😂

Tim, I'm quite sure I would only have wonderful things to say about you. Katsolo - you are right - in all of it. Fritzy - you are definitely not alone. Funny that just my short time away from the gym made me feel uncomfortable going back again but now it's back to normal. 😉 Thanks everyone. Definitely back at it.
