i literally BROKE up with dieting... ☺ and started embracing food... i needed a NON COMPLICATED relationship with food... i needed to discover and work out HOW i could love it, eat it, and lose it all at the same time...its a work in progress, and i am certainly no expert at all of this, but i found something that worked for ME...and now i need to continue making it work - thats of course the challenge. ☺ But i think i'll pull it off....since i found that happy medium between eating and being semi deciplined on the side.. using IF (16:8) - but i DIRTY FAST since i do have cals in the form of coffee / milk / sugar....and when my eating window opens, i calorie count.
