For my reward for getting to goal weight and getting fit by next year, I am booking to hike the Otter trail. This has been on my bucket list forever and I can't wait to get started on my exercise program.
98 kg Lost so far: 5 kg.    Still to go: 20 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.4 kg a Week
