Exactly 1 month later and a total of 4kg. I truly hoped to be lower but I am glad with the success I've made. I'm definitely motivated to push harder.
87.9 kg Lost so far: 15.1 kg.    Still to go: 7.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
