FINALLY got below 160...🎉 I'm trying hard to stay focused and not get frustrated by the ever so slow weight loss since about mid July. Swimming was added last month. I dropped hot yoga for swimming. Maybe I need to do both. You would think with all the painting & renovating I would get more than enough exercise. At any rate, I know this is a journey so I will stay on straight & narrow! 😁
72.3 kg Lost so far: 16.1 kg.    Still to go: 8.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
