I'm finding this so hard to believe. I tried to move the scale around my bathroom to see if this is accurate but it stayed on 86.2. Im happy but im not sure why im finding it hard to accept it coz I have worked so hard for it.

86.2 kg Lost so far: 13.8 kg. Still to go: 6.2 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 4.4 kg a Week
