At some point the binge has to stop… right!
All the previous hard work destroyed in a few weeks…
I need to get my head back in this

I find that working my favourite treats into my RDI REALLY helps. I've struggled with binge eating for most of my life (thanks to my adhd) and this is the first time in my life that I've found a meal plan that works. I eat what I want as long as it fits into my RDI and I don't feel the need to binge anymore. This is a lifestyle change and NOT a diet. Too much restriction is detrimental to our journeys. Good luck!
