Wound up dehydrated and exhausted after pushing myself a bit too far trying to keep up with my partner on hiking, so I spent a couple days in the care of my doctor, fully medically compliant with my plan as a result, then spent a few days just at home in bed where I slept more than anything else, so probably underate a lot this week. So, I'm trying to view this past couple weeks as a learning experience about the line between commitment, discipline, and knowing my limits.
