The next few days I'm increasing my calories in readiness for Pfizer dose 2. the first one knocked me out; so weightloss is not expected this week!
78.5 kg Lost so far: 6 kg.    Still to go: 13.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Just take it really slow after. The more active you are the more you feel it. After my second dose I took a nap and had a lazy day. Was tons better than the first.
