I have been at my old goal weight for 14 days in a row. I thought I would never get there but I finally reached it and have held it consistently. I'm hoping that I haven't lost muscle mass in the process. My waist has gotten smaller but it is not where I need it to be to look better. I have gone from 38 to a loose fitting 36. I think 34 would look good on my frame. Every 5 pounds I reach a plateau. I think the next 5 pounds will be my hardest to conquer...
