Ahhh @Please_stahp thank you so much for the support 🤗🤗
I actually stopped weighing every day a while ago for about three weeks and in that time my weight didn’t move at all because I was so stressed about not being in control and knowing what I weigh I guess 🙈 at the moment it’s the only thing that’s keeping me in check. I know it’s not super healthy and I do feel a bit discouraged when there’s a gain, but it’s also helped me see how my body reacts to certain foods and kind of helps me track my period (I don’t get it because I have an IUD so it helps explain the mood swings 😅).
But I’m thinking I’ll switch over to weekly or biweekly weigh ins once I’m a bit closer to my goal weight. And once the semester’s deadlines have passed 🙈

Anytime, anytime. ☺️☺️
This app is filled with great and wonderful people and I've seen you around every now and then when I stop being antisocial, and I just thing you're awesome. Don't worry, I TOTALLY understand about the weighing in feeling like the only marker of progress bc I too, as much I as I also measure, the scale has always been there for better or worse, the anxiety does lessen somewhat with biweekly weigh-in but damn do you also find new ways to be neurotic. 😅 So I use the other end of week "weigh-ins" to weigh in on my thoughts on the journey this farin a journal (I also has a journal folder on my laptop) you can try that.

@Please_stahp keeping a weekly weight loss journey journal is actually a great idea!
Since unexpected things frequently happen that can either interfere with your workout routine and/or calorie intake, it’s a good idea to note what occurred as it can serve as an explanation of fluctuations and and. I’ll definitely give it a shot, thank you 💕
Your meals always look so good and you’ve already come such a long way! Keep doing whatever you’re doing 🌻🌻
