I ate 500-600 calories above my Maintenance Calories as an experiment. Also kept a record of how regularly I went to the loo for nr 2. 2 Days out of the seven I didn't go. And usually after going to the loo I lost about 500g. This explains the extra kilogram on top of the 600g to me. No exercises were done. For the following week I'm going to try the exact opposite while also keeping record of everything. Excited to see the results.
118.3 kg Lost so far: 11.7 kg.    Still to go: 48.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
