I wish I could say something that would help. Is it not maybe just water retention? Maybe something you have been eating? Have you tried upping your calories on some days (calorie cycling) 🌸 Shame just don't give up and throw the towel in, try weighing once a week instead of everyday 🤷🏻‍♀️

Could be shark week approaching and you retain water, have you been constipated by any chance? Both happening at the same time usually causes weight gain on the scale. Just know it’s not fat gain. Try not to stress, that can cause more of a weight gain when you cortisol hormone goes up causing you to be extra hungry. Try to relax and take a nice walk if you can. Weigh after a week. Trust the process 💖

Thanks ladies. I'm not exactly constipated but more of a go slow! I haven't been carb cycling. My husband thinks the scale is lying cos my clothes are looser now. I am increasing my fibre and decreasing carbs for now. I will weigh next Monday and see

1200 cal is too little. Your body is most likely going into starvation mode and trying to retain things to survive. Increase your calories to min 1400 and just doing 30min of walking a day. You might gain a bit at first but you’ll eventually drop as you stay consistent.

Lol, I also have to guess when I have mine most of the time because I had endometrial ablation done after I got my tubes tide. So no periods. But after I got the vaccine I got it twice 🤷🏻‍♀️ with the worst pain ever… immune system working I guess.

Try more resistance training exercise which burns calories while at rest too.

Your body is retaining fat for energy because 1200 calories is too little to sustain a body for a day

Hi my body did exactly the same because I was severely under eating. I ate less thaan 500 calories a day. You need to reverse diet in order for your metabolism to reset and then you can burn calories eating about double what you are now
