Didn't pick up too much during my house guests stay. Back on the 28 day diet since yesterday,
weighed 100.7 yesterday. I have so much more energy when I eat healthy
99.6 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 21.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
