Struggling to move any weight off. Swimming 3 days a week plus excercises at home. (2 wks) I feel stronger and can tell body is changing but no weight loss. Guess I will keep doing my thing and hopefully start seeing changes. 😳 I'm not upset about it just inpatient 😜
74.1 kg Lost so far: 14.4 kg.    Still to go: 10.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
