Two cheat meals over the weekend and I gain so much!!! it wasn't even big cheats 😭😭😭😭
79.7 kg Lost so far: 4.8 kg.    Still to go: 14.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

That’s not much 😄 usually a weekend of cheats is 1-2,5kg water weight gain. Just get back to plan. You will see you will drop it plus more.

Thanks Slim. I also noticed my tummy slowed down. So today's and Bran for breakfast and cabbage for dinner
