good job!! I'm still stuck at 80.1 🥺 even tho I'm burning 1000 calories in the gym every day.

Thank you. I am not gymming. Just keeping it intake to 1200 a day. For a different reason, I had to give up diary so I think that is helping me. You may just be turning fat into muscle so don't beat yourself up. I'm keeping away from the gym since Covid19. Trying a set up a basic gym at home now when I get to 70kg.

I think you're right! I'm gonna try and cut some more calories as well, maybe cut out the cheese 😬 Good luck!!!
