Just keeps going up!!! Not mad at that, I've incorporated more weight lifting into my exercise, I stayed within my calorie range 6/7 days this week (that one day tho....made it worth it!! LOL)
115.8 kg Lost so far: 15.8 kg.    Still to go: 6.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
