The same as last week. My weight has been stuck around 118kg-119kg for the past 3 months! If I could just break through that numbers and go down to 115kg, I would be so happy. Got to keep on trying and need to re-evaluate what I've been doing wrong. Somethings got to give.
118.2 kg Lost so far: 11.8 kg.    Still to go: 48.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

How long have you been at this? It's normal to stall as your body adjusts to its "new normal". Also how many calories are you eating per day? If you restricted too much, especially in the beginning, your body will eventually go in to starvation mode for self preservation (even though we feel we have that excess fat to shed).
