So I have been trying to lose weight for a long time now. And getting small results has been so demotivational. Until recently someone told me to yes, still weigh myself, but also do measurements and before and after pics. I decided to do this for my 21 day challenge and I lost barely any weight....... But, i lost cms and built muscle. The pictures show it all! Ive never been so motivated..... Ever
63.7 kg Lost so far: 13.3 kg.    Still to go: 8.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
