Physical activity level has been great lately, treadmill running, biking and golfing(walking)
watching my calories and still showing a gain, not discouraged at all, just pointing out hard work isn't shown in weight loss, physical gains are very important to achieve.
115.3 kg Lost so far: 16.2 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

All that exercise is definitely a NSV (non scale victory) Keep up the great work and always remember muscles weigh more than fat… inches count… and it’s how you feel that matters most.
