This year had been tough for me. I lost loved ones to Covid. I recently recovered myself. I realized if I don't get healthy and lose weight, my bad eating habits will shorten my life. Today I'm recommitting to my weight loss journey. No fad diets but clean healthy eating and slowly introducing exercise will do. There is no shame in starting again as long as you don't give up.
107 kg Lost so far: 13 kg.    Still to go: 37 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I feel you! this is my second week in bed with this virus and it can really get you down. I cant wait to be healthy enough to get uo and starting all over again... im not giving up
