Looking back at my 7day water fast...

Positives: Really don't crave food like I used to...

Negatives: I picked up 3.1kg as soon as I started eating normal.

Conclusion :) don't think the water fast really worked for me... So let me stick to intermittent fasting :)

Just thought I'll share my experience
104 kg Lost so far: 16 kg.    Still to go: 14 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
