I'm in the Process of boycotting myself! Starting to binge eat again. Had over 4000 calories only for Wednesday! The other days I didn't even track. I really need to snap out of this funk. I can't just throw away all of my hard work. I still have so far to go, it's just that some days this Journey feels endless....Time for me to get my priorities straight!
119.9 kg Lost so far: 10.1 kg.    Still to go: 49.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
