so was a little disappointed 😞 I couldn't get to the gym this afternoon. I had to handle some Immediate business, on one of my properties. the hard work pulled off. came home and washed up then to my weight yup I lost a half of pound. yup yup!
85.4 kg Lost so far: 6.7 kg.    Still to go: 4.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
