I have officially lost 20kgs to date since starting my weightloss journey in November. I started because I had been dumped and was told I was fat and unattractive. However although that may have got me into the gym, I wasn't what's kept me. I love working on myself. Seeing my self get stronger and fitter. I don't worry about weight anymore, now I give myself other goals like running faster, lifting heavier, doing more reps. I love it! I pick up the 20kg kettlebell and sometimes think, wow I can't believe I used to carry that around everyday. 💪💪💪
63.3 kg Lost so far: 19.7 kg.    Still to go: 3.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Wow well done. You started at the same weight I am now, and I see you eat pretty much they way I like to eat. Did you just do calorie counting? And excerise? How many calories did you do a day?

I started by joining a 6 week challenge at my gym, so I committed to working out everyday (it's 45-60mins bootcamp (HIIT) style training). I also started walking every day which was super important. It does wonders. And then I just started by keeping track of my food. Before this app I was completely oblivious to how many calories each food had. Even things I thought were healthy I was overconsuimg. Working out allows me more wiggle room with my calories, but overall being in a caloric deficit is the most important thing if u want to lose weight. The workouts help me build muscle and improve overall fitness.
