Feeling pretty good after a 20 mile ride on my stationary bike and a 2 mile walk yesterday. My body isn’t craving sugar and carbs anymore (ugh, hormones) and I had a really yummy breakfast of scrambled egg whites with riced cauliflower and cabbage. It’s already rainy so I will take a short ride (5 miles and then do some cleaning. Today I am focusing on drinking lots of water and moving as much as I can.
