I hope so. I stepped on the scale this morning was like well was that worth it... and laughed at myself.🤣😂. I try to find some humor in every part of my life. live with conviction without condemnation is one of my mottos.. conviction teaches me to be better while condemnation leave me feeling hopeless.
All of you guys transformation and advice helps a whole lot...
