Still cranky. I ate a bunch of ice cream last night because my hormonally charged body wanted it so today I am on the stationary bike ( 10miles so far) while hubby is out riding his road bike. He is on about a 40 mile ride, my goal is to do half of that on my stationary bike. I’m posting a pic of him… he’s what keeps me going every day. His spinal cord injury did not stop him, it made him push harder. What a lucky wife I am!


UPDATE: I ended up riding 20 miles on my bike and then walked 2 miles. I feel pretty darn good!
86.5 kg Lost so far: 3.7 kg.    Still to go: 9.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
