Day 5: Water Fast

Went to bed early, slept for 10hours. Guess my body was tired.

Weighed myself this morning and I lossed 3. 3kg over 4days.

So the coffee and milk didn't really throw me off :)

Next weigh in will be on Sunday as it will be my day 7...dont think I can make it past day 7 though :)
102.4 kg Lost so far: 17.6 kg.    Still to go: 12.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
