Grocery shopping at Kroger done....everything put away. I do have to repackage the chicken breasts & salmon into meal size portions for the freezer. I also bought shrimp, porkchops, ground beef, hot Italian sausages & turkey kielbasa. No steaks....I didn't even look. Hubby did & claimed nothing affordable looked appealing. There was a good sale on the other stuff I bought, so happy there. A variety of fresh veggies, some Georgia peaches 🍑 & a big container of blueberries 🫐 found their way into the cart, too 😋 I'm brining some boneless porkchops for dinner. I usually like to cook the bone in but these looked pretty good. The brining will help keep them moist & tender. I need to make a salad...I want to use the cherry tomatoes I picked off my plant on the deck.

Almost time for our afternoon walk. It got cut short yesterday when it started to rain. It was cloudy earlier but plenty of blue sky now. No exercise routine today. After I got all the groceries put away I wanted a snack, so came outside to read & eat it. My measurements haven't changed....still the same. My tummy might be a little less jiggly....

I finished the day yesterday under total allowed calories....even after a serving of ice cream with M&M's, nuts & dried fruit topping.

I threw away some perfectly good left over fries earlier. They were actually Hubby's but he decided he didn't want them. I decided I was not obligated to eat them either. 😊
65.3 kg Lost so far: 13.1 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
