oh! boy. I am in a battle 🤼🏿‍♂️ lowered my calories to under 2000. 300 less than suggested. cardio weight training to failure🏋🏾‍♂️ on most sets. workout 5 days a week. low carbs and high protein. lol my body is really refusing to leave the 190's but I will win this fight 🤺. I hear "challenge" I accept. it me verse my fat. let's go 💪🏾
87.0 kg Lost so far: 5.1 kg.    Still to go: 6.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
