Hiii everyone.
I'm 11 weeks pregnant and the cravings is on and off. Not always in the mood for healthy meals😐 any advice for a healthy diet. Don't want to gain 30kg like my first pregnancy... Please help

I have had several pregnancies and I have no advice to give lol I can tell you to eat healthy veg and fruit but just the smell of certain foods can make you throw up. So eat what you can keep down. And all the best 🍀

I put on about 25kg in my first pregnancy. With my second pregnancy it was about 12kg, all of which I have now lost. I did it by eating healthy nutrient- dense meals and light exercise 4 times a week (mainly 30 minute walks). It is very achievable to put on less weight and lose it quickly when aware and intentional about it. Congratulations 💜

I was pregnant with twins, couldnt keep anything down. Lost lotsa, weight. Not good. Enjoy your pregnancy. Eat healthy. All pregnancys, are different, so be kind to yourself and take it one day at a time.

Thank you all. It is so difficult. This pregnancy is nothing like my 1st. With the first I had no morning sickness. Now I get morning sickness from meat. All meat except chicken. So the healthy eating is a bit hard but I try. Going to continue the journey. At least with p2 I get to exercise. With 1st it wast possible.

That's so interesting, I also could not eat meat. I only ate boiled eggs. The Gynae said that was fine. Again its not forever and you are carrying precious. Again be kind to yourself, someones gotta be so it might as well be you. Try improvement over perfection.
