I’m pretty proud of myself for this one since I was on vacation with my family and even though I didn’t hit my target per my doctor, I still made a lot of progress and still enjoyed myself!

213.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg. Still to go: 143.2 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
