Wow I am shocked that I actually gained weight. I have been eating clean and exercising consistently. Even though I am not thrilled with the number on the scale I am happy with the way I look. I have been doing more strength training so the gain could be a result of muscle gain☺️.
55.3 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 3.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hey! Well for workouts i download a workout calendar from blogilates (you can google her) so i follow the program and tweak it up to my preference its more like a guide. Food wise lots of oats- pancakes, porridge, muffins just tons of easy recipes on pintrest. Lots of fruits,veggies & protein as well as water. I will have a cheat day once in a while too

Thanks for sharing..I do a combination of Lilly Sabri and Chloe ting workouts but I'm looking to gain more strength using just my bodyweight rn... I'll definitely check out the workout plan.

I ♥️ Lilly Sabri currently doing her lower abs & small waist 14 day challenge as a bonus to my workout plan. I stopped Chloe cause I wasn’t seeing results. YouTube is awesome there are just so many wonderful videos.

Yoh Chloe guys, I love her but then yoh 😭🙆. I've found her workouts to be effective when done over a period of time. Right now though, I'm doing a combination of her workouts and Lilly's because I know I'm not ready for one of her programmes, if I do it now I'll stop working out..that's how hard I find some of her workouts..I've been consistently (whoop whoop 💃) doing a Lilly workout..The love handle and sometimes the muffin top workouts for a while.. Honestly at this point as long as I work out and it's a balance between cardio and strength, and I keep eating right I'm good.
