I'm really hoping that I can be down another 7 lbs by mid July. That would start my beach vacation out right! I've stayed steady. No sugar (cake,cookie,soda,bread,pasta nor rice) since Mar 1st. Weight comes down, goes up a bit but ultimately it's coming off and I'm happy. I hate exercise but started hot yoga once a week. I do lift my 5lb dumbbells for arms and squats for legs several times a week but I hate it! I know I have to do it...loose skin. The support from FSC is amazing!!!
