I seem to have a bit of an issue with, after I've lost weight or completed a training program, I reward myself with unhealthy food. And... That's just ridiculous actually. And so I've decided to set a goal for myself, I'm giving myself 4 Months so lose 11kg. That's just over 0,6kg a week which I think is quite achieveable, but for this to actually work, I can't cheat in between because then I will fall behind. So there it is. I will make this happen. So 5th of October, I'll see you at the finish line
77.8 kg Lost so far: 9 kg.    Still to go: 5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
