Day 2. Feeling the sugar withdrawals! Woke up feeling like I have flu. Luckily I'm no stranger to this. This happened the first time I did a sugar detox as well. It's all worth it in the end.

I'm actually considering a sugar detox as of next week. I'll only do it for a week though, at first. So I just wanted to know what benefits you experienced from it. In terms of your physical and mental health.😊

Hi Wanderlustee! Oh my goodness. I can't even begin to tell you. Maybe one of the biggest changes was the change in my energy level. I normally crash during the middle of the day and feel like I need a nap, and that went away completely... I have sustained and and non fluctuating energy all day. Unfortunately I can't say much for mental clarity... I did come to the realization that I was addicted to sugar though. It's just such an incredibly worthy experience but I do want to advise you to maybe do it for two weeks instead? The first 7 days is quite hard... The withdrawals are baaaad. And I actually only started seeing a really significant difference after 14 days...

Oh and in terms of other physical healthier, I have a really severe autoimmune disease and I've had noticeably less inflammation. I lost about 5 kg of actual fat (not just waterweight) after doing it for 40 days...

Thank you so much for the honest and informative feedback. Once I feel up to it. I'll definitely give it a try. 5kg's is no joke🙌You should be super proud of the discipline you've shown
