I did my first week of EAT TO LIVE plan. I ate bread once, and rice and chips on one meal. I was committed to making fresh fruit, salad and vegetables and beans my main dishes. I enjoyed all my meals very much. I will continue on my challenge (my own way) and this week adding eggs, low carb bread, and corn tortilla in moderation. I am also hopeful that my knee can handle some walking.
