well I just got Finnish with my 1.5 miles I ate steak and fries for lunch I think I burned some of that off. i can't beat the high i get when I'm done. my bike accident and pain seem like a distant memory. I plan to join my old gym in June and start swimming. for being 62 i am in good shape i thank God for this daily. grateful for the support God bless all. I have a kitten i took off the street i love her she is so kute this is my service kitten. my ptsd stable and this kitten helps so much taking care of her takes my my mind off my mental masturbation and she will only sleep in my lap or on my bed outside the covers she attacks my keyboard so i have to give all my attention on her. i never had a kitten before.
98.0 kg Lost so far: 2.0 kg.    Still to go: 13.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I am the same age too and I find that just going for a walk is getting more difficult for these old bones....lol

I know what you mean I have to realize i'm not the young vet in the army. I hate to stretch but I do with a comforter in front of the tv and i watch my prime or youtube and do situps 15 and leg stretch 15 but i have to have the tv on. At least we are walking or jogging at this old age.
