did my 1.5 mile run today. it doesn't matter how slow you run it's better than walking. I did the walking thing and I see the difference running for me burns more calories. I have to watch out for shin splints. I had yogurt with granola blueberries raspberries. dinner will be rare hamburger steak fries using sunflower oil I chose slice on bun.
98.0 kg Lost so far: 2.0 kg.    Still to go: 13.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
