Life has been so busy the last few days, I haven't had time to worry with my weight. As suggested, I'm getting more rest, staying the course. So much work to be done around the house.
79.3 kg Lost so far: 9.2 kg.    Still to go: 15.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
